Hi, my name is Dr. Henry Eze.
I am helping to raise funds for a child who needs urgent open-heart surgery. She was born with multiple congenital heart defects. There are several holes in her heart that cause abnormal blood flow, blood that should be separated is mixing. These holes cause oxygen-poor blood to mix with oxygen-rich blood. They also cause leaking and pooling of blood, increasing pressure in her lungs. As a result, her body does not receive the oxygen it needs.
Her heart is forced to work far harder than it should, and her lungs are under constant strain. This is not something a child outgrows.
Without surgery, the heart progressively weakens, infections become more frequent, irreversible lung damage develops, and there is a real and increasing risk to her life.
The plan is to perform corrective surgery to close these holes, giving her a chance at a normal life. This surgery will be carried out in India.
We need ยฃ10,000 to make this possible.
To preserve the dignity and privacy of the child and her family, some materials are not posted publicly with this message. Full details are available via the donation links below, and additional documentation can be provided on request. The family is personally known to me, and I have their full consent to organise this support.
Please do not look away. If you cannot donate, your sharing may be what allows this to reach someone who can. We need both your donations and your social capital.
Thank you.

PRESS STATEMENT
OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL PUBLICITY SECRETARY,
NIGERIA DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS (NDC)
Second NEC Resolutions: NDC Takes Major Steps Towards Institutionalization
1. The NDC is committed to building the party as a strong and enduring institution, with emphasis on party supremacy. The programs, policies, and appointments (except personal staff) of all governments elected on the platform of the party must be made in consultation with the party structure.
The party remains supreme, and members are expected to align their personal interests and agendas with those of the party.
2. All affiliated groups and NGOs shall operate under the guidance and control of the party and must not function in parallel with, or independently of, the party structure.
3. A comprehensive Code of Conduct shall be established for all party officials and candidates. To this end, a committee has been constituted under the leadership of the National Legal Adviser to develop the framework and guidelines.
4. A National Reconciliation Committee has been inaugurated to reconcile all aggrieved members of the party.
5. The NDC is being built as an institution, not a personality cult, political movement, or Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to be used and discarded.
Members are encouraged to remain committed to the party and contribute to its growth and sustainability for generations to come.
At all times, and for all candidates and aspirants, total allegiance must be to the party and the national interest.
On financial probity, the party will enforce strict accountability in the management of party resources by all officers, and party funds must be used strictly for party business.
For candidates, there must also be strict accountability for all funding received. Monies sourced by candidates at all levels, and contributions made by candidates to campaign accounts, must be fully disclosed to the party at the appropriate levels (local government, state, zonal, and national). Such funds must be received through dedicated party campaign accounts, including presidential and governorship campaign accounts of the party, as applicable.
Signed:
Osa Director
National Publicity Secretary

Erectile Dysfunction can sometimes point to a poor cardiovascular health, and an increased risk of heart attack.
Simply including cardiovascular exercises running, cycling, endurance HIIT and core training can improve sexual satisfaction and improve heart health.
I truly just want Nigeria to be OK for everyone (except criminals and rascals). Once that happens all these tribal rhetorics will dissipate. There's truly enough to go round.
Bruh!
I just remembered that period when Obi was still in ADC.
Atiku's supporters started trending the Atiku/Amaechi ticket,
And they were threatening Obi that if he doesn't put in the work at the grassroots level, they will give the VP position to Amaechi.
Fast forward to today; Peter Obi, they did not see again. Amaechi, they did not see again.
Both Peter Obi and Amaechi eventually dumped them and their worthless VP slot ๐
As is always the case when travelling to Deep England I am struck by how much space there is for new housing. Here we are just 16 minutes away from Paddington. Build here!
Building a Healthier Nigeria Through Stronger Healthcare Systems
As part of our desire and commitment to building a healthier Nigeria, I met with some healthcare professionals and experts in the United States on Friday, June 5, 2026. The meeting was essentially to deepen my understanding of how successful health insurance systems deliver improved healthcare, especially in the areas of primary and emergency care.
One of our key health objectives remains unchanged: to expand health insurance coverage, strengthen primary healthcare across our electoral wards, train more healthcare workers, and make quality healthcare accessible and affordable for all Nigerians.
A New Nigeria must be a healthier Nigeria.
A New Nigeria is possible. -PO
Peter Obi is the only ex-Governor that invited external auditors to come and verify all the accounts when he was leaving office.
THE ONLY EX GOVERNOR THAT LEFT NO DEBT BEHIND.PETER OBI LEFT NO DEBT.
After watching this video of Peter Obi, I remembered what Nelson Mandela told journalists before his death.
In Johannesburg, on 5 December 2013, Nelson Mandela called for a pressing.
During the conversation with the press, after seeing how weak Nelson Mandela was, a journalist from Uganda asked him;
"Sir, we can see that you have achieved a lot for Africa and the continent is not yet prepared for your demise. Sir, can we still find another African son that would fill in this gap, anytime you join your ancestors?"
Nelson Mandela let out a very brief smile and assured the journalist that he shouldn't panic. In fact, the person that would come after him would raise the entire Africa. Speaking further, Nelson Mandela added;
"I have seen it. I can feel it. The person has been born and his African native name is Obi. And 14 years from now, he'll occupy the highest position in his country. I won't tell you about the country for his security; but the country shares a border with Benin, Chad, Niger, and Cameron. "
Shortly after, Nelson Mandela joined his ancestors.
Hello everyone ,
Itโs been a very interesting 24hrs .
Yesterday, I made a statement about Peter Obi that generated a very strong reaction here .
My intention wasnโt to make him look unattractive or deride him in any way . It was borne out of frustration as to how eerily familiar this process felt like the 2023 episode.
To be honest , I love Peter Obi and the image he represents. He comes across as really empathetic and compassionate. Even after 2023 he remained consistent in lending a helping hand where he could outside of election cycles . This is not something we are used to seeing a politician do . He remains the politician who has no criminal case of corruption attached to his name . This is commendable and must never be taken lightly.
I apologize to everyone who might have been hurt by my comments yesterday despite what my intentions were .
We all want a Nigeria that works !
I really do hope that the New Nigeria will be one we all get to see and be proud of in our lifetime.
As Nigerians , we must never forget that though we might disagree on issues , we are all in this boat together and together we must do all we can to achieve the Nigeria of our dreams .
God bless you!
