Lakers game last night was very refreshing to watch after the past few seasons. Energy/vibes noticeably different.
Lakers team clearly built to attack downhill offensively/defensively every possession, Warriors battery drained by halftime. LA never took foot off the gas unlike years past. Will lead to a solid regular season.
Warriors team looked like the Lakers teams from past few years. Superstar carries team w/ generational run but short lived/not sustainable and team crumbles trying to keep up.
One possession is all it takes to see why the Lakers told Rui to kick rocks and bring in Mamu.
Rui is shooting or doing 9 dribble cone drills going nowhere end of possession
Mamu is shooting, dribbling with a purpose finishes or passes for better shot
This isn’t your stand and watch Lakers
Quarterbacks run full speed and then right before impact position themselves like they are waiting for the lifeguard to send them down the water slide directly in front of an oncoming freight train…
And they wake up wondering why they went to a different universe for a minute
Stop sliding in front of oncoming traffic dummies.
No D1 or professional defensive players value your life. They take each other out all the time. No restrictor plates.
Ahh I see the annual pointless brainrot exercise of Kobe vs TMac has hit the timeline…
Everyone is better than Kobe until it’s time to actually do Kobe things
Discussion is over.
@TyLawson3@OldTakesExposed So does Ty Lawson get any fine, backlash, sued or fired for trying to ruin Pablo’s reputation/ life or can Ty just say oops my bad and sweep it under the rug 🧐🤔🧐🤔
