This is why I’ve learnt to not be the best at work. All being the best does is get more work added on to you. Why be the best at work and do more work than anyone else for the same pay, when you can be mediocre, do half as much work and still get paid the same?

@MajorMangos See giving your employees an incentive to work harder is a good thing, but if they are going to raise the targets the next month and not the bonus y’all get then that’s just wrong. The incentive has to increase with the work load or everyone will go back to the bare minimum
