New publication available online from work with the Arizona Twin Project!! The moderating role of early-life parental adverse and positive factors on the genetic and environmental contributions to objectively-assessed sleep duration in middle childhood.

Early-life parent positive traits & adverse experiences moderated heritability of child sleep duration. Genetic influences on children’s duration were more prominent in riskier environments & positive environments may place a constraint on heritability.
