In light of serious allegations and ongoing judicial proceedings involving senior officials of Galatasaray Sports Club, we respectfully submit this formal request for the reconsideration of the club’s eligibility to participate in the 2025 UEFA Champions League draw, in accordance with the UEFA Statutes, the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations, and the integrity principles enshrined therein.

According to information reported in credible media sources and confirmed by judicial authorities:

https://t.co/8UVMH4UOEe. Eray Yazgan, General Secretary of Galatasaray S.K., has been formally indicted and faces a potential prison sentence of up to five (5) years on charges related to illegal betting advertising in which the club is allegedly involved.

https://t.co/yqBeRXq2Fc. Rezan Epözdemir, former Vice President of Galatasaray S.K., is currently held in pre-trial detention facing charges including Espionage (Treason), Assisting a Terrorist Organisation (FETÖ), and involvement in bribery allegations implicating the club’s name.

Pursuant to Articles 4.03 and 4.04 of the UEFA Champions League Regulations and Article 11 of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations, clubs, their officials, and representatives are required to uphold sporting integrity, maintain the highest standards of conduct, and protect the reputation of UEFA competitions. These provisions also empower UEFA to restrict or suspend a club’s participation where there are reasonable grounds to believe such principles have been breached.

Given that the incidents concern high-ranking officials of the club and raise serious doubts regarding compliance with UEFA’s ethical and integrity standards, we respectfully request that:

•Galatasaray S.K.’s participation in the 2025 UEFA Champions League draw be suspended, and

•Provisional measures be applied pending the conclusion of the relevant judicial proceedings and the issuance of final verdicts.

We trust that UEFA will assess this matter with due regard to the principles of integrity, fairness, and the protection of the competition’s reputation.

Rezan Epözdemir sorgusu ciddi bir krize dönüşmek üzere.

Şüpheli, ısrarla cep telefonunun şifresini vermek istemiyor.

Şifre krizi aşılamadığı için sorgu süresi uzatıldı.

Mehmet Uçum başta olmak üzere ‘hatırlı’ çok sayıda isim devrede, Başsavcı Akın Gürlek’i kuşatma altına aldılar.

Gürlek, İmamoğlu dosyasında bile görmediği yoğun baskı karşısında bunalmış vaziyette, şahsına yönelik iftira kampanyası başlatılmasından endişe duyuyor.

Devrede olanlar cep telefonu şifresinin verilmesine karşı çıkarak soruşturmanın mevcut delillerle tamamlanmasını, serbest bırakılmasını istiyorlar.

Peki neden?

Şüphelinin cep telefonunun açılma ihtimali, Uçum başta olmak üzere kimleri neden rahatsız etti?
