@Mohsule_ This point here is the crux of the conversation. Nuanced conversations are almost impossible when they stem from a place of anger & bias becomes involved
2. Most of the people angry, aren’t principled people & show that they will often justify the very evil they consider repugnant once gender becomes a variable. It’s broken moral judgment.
BREAKING NEWS: NSC moves to block Favour Ofili’s switch to Turkey, insisting she remains a Nigerian athlete until at least September 2028.
This means she will be unable to represent Turkey at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics.
@ojodui Agreed. And it’s for that reason I think we need to utilize the monkey barrel concept here
It’s unfortunate but many have to suffer to either begin seeing reason or seeing fear in the wrong choice
🇳🇬 JUST IN: UK Journalist Exposes Massacres of Nigerian Christians in Plateau, Accuses Fulani Jihadists of Burning Churches and Slaughtering Families
A new investigative report published today by the Daily Mail has thrust Nigeria’s Middle Belt back into the global spotlight, as British journalist David Patrikarakos details what he describes as coordinated and brutal attacks on predominantly Christian communities in Plateau State.
In the February 14, 2026 publication, Patrikarakos recounts traveling to frontline settlements including Gwet, where he says he encountered charred homes, burned churches and families forced to flee their ancestral lands.
According to his report, survivors shared chilling accounts of how attackers stormed their communities. One phrase, he wrote, was repeated over and over:
“They roasted the pastor and his wife alive in the church.”
The article paints a picture of widespread devastation. Churches allegedly set ablaze during raids. Farmlands destroyed, deepening food insecurity. Entire families reportedly wiped out in coordinated attacks. Villages emptied as residents escaped further violence.
Patrikarakos says he moved through affected areas under armed escort, describing the Middle Belt as a long standing “faultline” of ethnic and religious tension.
The report attributes the violence to Fulani jihadist elements and armed militants operating within the region.
The report is already gaining traction internationally and is expected to intensify scrutiny of Nigeria’s worsening security situation.
Armed assailants on motorbikes killed at least 30 people and burned houses and shops during raids on three villages in northwest Nigeria's Niger State early on Saturday, residents who escaped the violence told Reuters. https://t.co/8Icky51gQx

Read this whole statement and you will understand how it went wrong.
Experienced players were leaving and Spurs decided it was best to sign young players to replace them. See the issue here?
They targeted mid to long term success and then judged the managers on short term results. See the issue here?

@Orayvaar I doubt they would especially with this recent interview he's now done.
But he came in & aimed to build culture with the whole squad backing him
Players at Chelsea were ready to run through a brick wall for Mourinho based off the confidence and backing he made them feel
Thomas Frank’s record after eight months as Spurs head coach:
▫️ 38 games
▫️ 13 Wins | 10 Draws | 15 losses
▫️ 62 scored | 54 conceded
▫️ Out of FA Cup, League Cup
▫️ 16th in Premier League
▫️ In UCL knockouts after finishing 4th in League Phase
@Orayvaar It was the fact that booing started and he'd always dismiss it
Plus talking about "positive performances" yet you're losing week in and out is self delusion
See how Eddie Howe took accountability and said it was his job to sort. Nothing was ever Frank's fault or responsibility
