It’s may seem silly and trollish to have to ask the question and yet to watch this Trump nominee sit there and be so obviously afraid of answering is alarming and should be a bigger deal than it will be seen as. He was willing to admit Trump pardoned a convicted drug kingpin, but he couldn’t admit Trump lost the 2020 election. This is the damage Trump has done to our politics and this guy is supposed to be trusted with American intelligence? And yet, he might be an upgrade from the previous occupant in this office.

Whoa. On Williams's opinion, Blanche basically says doesn't have to follow. I have studied 11th Circuit precedent and I believe I'm right and she is wrong.

So, saying he and the DOJ can ignore federal court. (Exactly opposite of what they did w/ Jack Smith and Judge Cannon's order). Someone needs to jump on this.
