@CityPowerJhb Day 5 of no power at Falcon Ridge, Puttick Avenue, Sundowner. 5 days of logging calls, escalating, calls being marked as βresolvedβ. Logging calls does nothing. Phoning city power does nothing, and all we need is someone with a switch key to fix our trip.
@Rbjacobs@FNBSA my mom has been an account holder since 1971. She has had her debit orders run off TWICE today, she phones as a 'premium' customer & is told to phone to credit card collections tomorrow? So glad I moved to @Discovery_SA Bank, hope my mom does the same.
@virginactiveSA I have repeatedly asked for my billing issues to be sorted since December last year. All my phone calls seem to get me nowhere. Even my threat to cancel my membership didn't work, HOW CAN YOUR CUSTOMER SEVICE BE SO PATHETIC!!!!
