Ravens:

Zay Flowers (WR): Played 71 snaps, ran 48 routes, was targeted 9 times, and had 2 carries.

Rashod Bateman (WR): Played 67 snaps, ran 45 routes, was targeted 5 times, and had no carries.

Mark Andrews (TE): Played 59 snaps, ran 38 routes, was targeted 2 times, and had no carries.

Isaiah Likely (TE): Played 53 snaps, ran 35 routes, was targeted 12 times, and had no carries.

Zay Flowers is clearly the Ravens' WR1. On the other hand, Rashod Bateman is Cheeks. Isaiah Likely is a boom-or-bust option, but Mark Andrews' snap count shows that he'll still get plenty of targets, so there's no need to panic about his role.

Chiefs:

Rashee Rice (WR): Played 42 snaps, ran 24 routes, was targeted 9 times, and had no carries.

Xavier Worthy (WR): Played 34 snaps, ran 24 routes, was targeted 3 times, and had 1 carry.

Travis Kelce (TE): Played 48 snaps, ran 27 routes, was targeted 4 times, and had no carries.

Rashee Rice is set for top 5 WR production, and Xavier Worthy looks legit. Noah Gray was just one target behind Travis Kelce, even though Kelce played nearly twice as many snaps and ran more routes.
