A prayer of complete surrender we can pray today:
I trust You, Lord. I trust Your plan. I trust Your goodness. I trust what You can see and I can’t.
I trust You with my life, my hopes, my dreams, and my disappointments.
I trust You with it all, Lord.
The amount of hate in the world is hard to breathe in.
Hate is easy. It’s the way we probably feel on a natural basis based off of our own circumstances.
No love sermon here. Just wanting to say hate and attacking will never be an answer to anything.
Only Chadwick could embody Jackie Robinson, Thurgood Marshall, and TChalla. He, too, knew what it meant to persevere. To summon real strength. And he belongs right there with them as a hero—for Black kids and for all our kids. There’s no better gift to give our world. ❤
Sometimes God asks us to step out (or through). We don’t know what we’ll see until we go through the deluge. It’s scary to step into the unknown, but it’s also where we find Jesus; and wherever we find Jesus, we find life. Fear calls out our doubts; God calls out our names.
