You may've had cut ketamine w/ MSM, I'd always urge to HPLC test your product(s). Nonetheless, individual variation is very real. It's not insanely pricy, it's like 10/g at this point with bulkier orders, 10-20 for less if you're well connected, and the range is around 95-96%. The problem with DXM is that it's insanely cardiotoxic, an SNRI and a sigma1 agonist whilst triggering an adrenergic storm at the same time. It's just a bad drug through and through. It doesn't even work as a medicine. Truly a useless drug by itself.
