I agree with this structure. However, I see more Civil Eng. Structural Eng needs to be incorporated. Also see 1 Elec Eng. More HODs needed. Add Agric and Rural Development. There is major engineering happening there and needs an Engineering Head for efficiency. Add Electronic Eng
