Spirit airlines at MCO airport lost my ID for 2.5 hours and once I arrived to Atlanta I discover they lost my bag too on 4/13/2026. I haven’t recovered my bag nor have I received an apology or a phone call.

on Friday 10/25 and was told they’d call me back. I never received a call. I called on Tuesday and was told they’d call me back in 48 hours. I still have yet to receive a call. Has this been anyone else’s experience?

On Sat I brought my daughter to see @ThatGirlLayLay_ a lady hit my car & drove off. I was able to get the LIC# & we are okay. The @CollegeParkPD dispatcher was extremely rude. She would be the last person anyone would like to speak to in an emergent life threatening situation.
