My current lifts:
-Bench 195 lbs
-Deadlift 375 lbs
-Squat ~260 lbs
By the end of the year I would love for all of these to increase by 100 lbs. I do not know if this is possible, so I will take any amount of reasonable improvement. Lord Trump be with me…
