Delivery apps need to change their objective to be the reliable one.
By creating a penalty process to stores/restaurants who delivers wrong products/items or doesn’t comply with the customer’s directions.
I know these apps can only refund you to not lose you #deliveryapp

as an account user, but refund will only allow the problem to happen again, plus! Adding additional services+delivery fees & ending up having the wrong item anyway is completely ridiculous! They’re fixing the problem with another problem, & losing their integrity to clients!#VOC
