CPA Muthoni Njakwe is a practicing accountant with extensive knowledge in public finance, budgeting, financial management, governance, and accountability.

As an accountant, I understand how public resources should be planned, allocated, and monitored to deliver real impact. I also understand how to unlock opportunities through existing government programs so that women, youth, and persons living with disabilities can benefit from them.

I have spent years training hundreds of women's groups across Murang'a on financial literacy, not during campaign seasons, but long before offering myself for leadership.

My vision is simple: empowerment, not dependency.

For Women,
I will champion financial literacy, enterprise development, access to affordable financing, market linkages, mentorship, and value addition so that more women can build sustainable businesses and create lasting wealth.

For the Youth,
I will focus on skills development, entrepreneurship, digital opportunities, internships, career mentorship, and connecting young people to government funds, private sector opportunities, and development partners.

For Persons Living with Disabilities,
I will advocate for inclusion, accessibility, equal access to education, employment, business opportunities, and government programs. Development must reach everyone.

As the Woman Representative for Murang'a County, I will also legislate, provide oversight, and ensure that resources meant for women, youth, and persons living with disabilities are used transparently, efficiently, and for their intended purpose.

Murang'a has enough potential. What we need is competent, accountable, and accessible leadership that delivers results.
