@iainjtomkinson @johnshorter22 I feel your pain, it’s an incredibly frustrating injury. I’m 2 years in with set back after set back, but have recently found a change of shoes, hip flexor stretches and kinaesthetic tape seem to be doing the trick to make it round the block (which is a start!)
