@munkuushy You should've seen how lifeless James was with his new AI before the animations went in. He went from an NPC to a living thing once he had animations. Actual magic.

@May4Mee Lots of trial and error. But also if you want to make a game and you can't program, no worries. Just make a game that doesn't need one. Years and years ago you had badge hunter games, obstacle courses, paint ball, and brick battles. They'd rely on free models and building.

No idea what's going on with "retroslop" but it's giving: As somebody that joined in '08, I think they look great and it's cool to see the younger generation trying to honour the aesthetic that we grew up with in their own way.
