There is no evidence of widespread voter fraud in Pennsylvania. PA Voters who filled out their 2.5 million mail in ballots had to:

1) Apply to get a ballot

2) Get it cross checked with voter registration info

3) Each mail ballot is assigned barcode ensuring 1 person = 1 vote
