Hello inhabitants of planet Earth, I hope this message finds you well. I currently have no words… I made this short animation to express my feelings on recent geopolitical events. 🇺🇦❤️

#FridayThe13th got me in the mood to prep for #Halloween! I made this mask with a @Wintercroft design. I have built several of their designs now and I highly recommend them! Finally getting around to painting them. 1st one done. Meet Mayor Goldie Wolfson. #BackToTheFuture joke!🤣
My art tends to deal with my fears. I am scared of a lot, but recently violence is my biggest fear. The violence in my broken city, the violence in my broken country, the violence in our world. I’m scared but most of us are, so I smile. This is piece is titled Smile We Are Fucked
I just added a news aggregator that pulls recent stories about this increasing problem here. I love my city and I did not build this to disparage Chicago’s greatness. It is our leaders that are disparaging our city! @chicagosmayor@KimFoxx MUST GO! @CWBChicago@Chicago_Scanner
#Chicago continues to deteriorate. Crime here city is out of control. I built this app to monitor Chicago carjackings. 2021 was the worst year on record. The 1st 4 months of 2022 are worse than last year. 117 in April, a 17% increase. https://t.co/Sed8kOrBgr @chicagosmayor
The victim of this morning's robbery and shooting in Lincoln Park is identified in a new GoFundMe campaign.
We can confirm the name, race, and age in the campaign aligns with info we received from a source. We can't yet verify the campaign's authenticity

After coding all day, I wind down by doodling. Today I wound up with this and I figured I’d share. I’ve doodled skeletons since I was a kid, but applying this straight-line style to this most organic of shapes created a low poly cubist feel that I may explore more. Your thoughts?
Dear Twitter, while I do enjoy the concise nature of communicating within the confines of 280 characters, I also enjoy long-form writing. To this end, I built a blog. https://t.co/5JJZblS4Qj I built this new site using @NetlifyCMS and I highly recommend it.
The first three posts cover my career path and journey to code and tech. Going forward however, the subject of my posts will be far more diverse. I am going to use this space to write about art, code, food, Chicago, and various other things that interest me.
An awesome person that I met in this journey @_JohnnyMohawk happy to be the first one that bought his NFT and glad I reached out to a fellow Chicagoan make sure to follow him he has some amazing skills check out his website on his Twitter bio. #HederaNFT https://t.co/3noANldYS3

Hey #Chicago, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but its getting worse. Here are the Chicago Carjacking data for Q1 2022 compared to last year (worst on record) and 2014 (best on record).
2014 Q1: 75 carjackings
2021 Q1: 423 carjackings
2022 Q1: 433 carjackings
Not good… 😱
Numbers were down in Jan, ticked up again in Feb, then March was terrible. Check out stats:
Mar 2014: 18 carjackings
Mar 2020: 81 carjackings
Mar 2021: 133 carjackings
That is correct, in both 2020 and 2021 Chicago had more carjackings in March than the entire year of 2014. 😢
