@Cyberrevitalism@jjellisart She’s saying western states more guilty than others, or fund/contribute to most of the crimes throughout history. Currently funding a genocide in Gaza is a recent one. Yes they’re all hypocritical, but some favor their people more than others which is also “childish” to overlook.
@FIERCEDAD@epicurismocomum@grumpkinz@BULLETSYMPHONY Being a minority (black) is inherently political. Globally, blacks are alienated or discriminated against in some type of way. Knowing that fact, you have to write your black characters or actors to fit that political reality at all times, no matter the script.
@epicurismocomum@grumpkinz@FIERCEDAD@BULLETSYMPHONY The creator completely ignored the race of the man he put into the role. Backrooms antagonist was written for a white role, but he casted a black man which chanters the political discourse of the movie, unintentionally.
@Dinnerisyou@wardinpal Thank you! I thought I was tripping for a sec. I follow her on instagram and I know majority of her points are pretty revolutionary. I was so confused on why everyone took this video out of context
"Being black is a creative act. You have to create your world every single day because the world wasn't built for you. That makes us the ultimate architects."- Andre 3000.
Capitalism turned 2Pac into a brand. His image is celebrated everywhere, while his Black Panther roots and critiques of racism, poverty, and inequality are rarely discussed.
I don't care if every Palestinian on the planet has a blood lust hate for me specifically. I still don't think they should be genocided or kept in apartheid conditions and Israel still has to go immediately.
establishment democrats and republicans weren’t fearful he’d fail and ruin nyc. they were worried he’d succeed and represent the threat of a good alternative
