Open your Instagram or TikTok. When you get a piece of content you don't want, click the buttons on the top right corner on Instagram or the bottom right corner on TikTok and say not interested. Then go to search and type in joy, enter, and then like 5 or 6 things that pop up.

Keep doing that for one day. And then come back and tell me what your new feed looks like.
