To me it doesn't change much.
people complaining of gacha instead they should complain about the lack of gameplay, and permanent content to have fun with. We literally have 5 unvoiced momos per character and that's the end of the interaction with them. The gacha is not the problem here.

Ok but be honest, how many times did that happen? isn't it better for the average guy to 50\50 on 100 pulls? Either way the game's state is obv so complaining now feels like hypochrisy to me.
