You cant be this restarded. Its catching the majority of them. Some are let through because the targeting system that creates fire control solutions for the incoming round have designated areas where the calculated point of impact is acceptable. Meaning not populated or ok to get hit. It dies this to save munitions and focus on POIs that save lives and important infrastructure.
