Railway officials are least bothered about the problems commuters are facing. They seem to be interested only in enforcing penalty rules strictly, while basic passenger convenience and safety are completely ignored.

No visible RPF presence, virtually no TC checking inside AC Locals, and many passengers travelling without a valid AC ticket because they know enforcement is missing.

What is the fault of passengers who pay a hefty premium for an AC service?

On top of overcrowding, AC Locals are also running late, adding further inconvenience to passengers who are paying extra for a premium service. Genuine passengers should not be made to suffer because of poor enforcement.

Please ensure regular ticket checking and proper RPF presence, especially during peak hours. We pay for a premium service—not overcrowding, unchecked travel and delays.

Titwala AC local should have been originated from Kalyan instead of Thane during the block. This would have genuinely helped passengers from the affected section and eased overcrowding at Thane. Running the service from Thane feels more like “just for the sake of operating it” than addressing actual passenger needs.
