Back-to-back rejections. ๐ฉ
6 applications. 6 โUnfortunatelyโฆโ emails.
It hurts, but Iโm taking the lesson, not the loss.
Back to learning. Back to building. Back to applying. ๐

@salujamehak5 Same situation at my college too. Most companies are offering pretty basic packages with a bond. And sometimes the assessment is based on whatever the company needs at that moment, not even the profile students were shortlisted for.
Excited for the updated The Modern Software Developer course at Stanford!
This isn't just about learning how to use AI. It's about developing the mindset of a modern software engineerโbuilding with AI, using the right tools, writing secure software, shipping features efficiently, and understanding how the entire development workflow is evolving.
Looking forward to seeing the new syllabus and learning from it. ๐
The new syllabus for my Stanford course ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ณ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ is coming along nicely. The AI coding world has changed a lot since last September. The new class will be bigger, more difficult, more fun.
More exciting things coming soon!
@salujamehak5 People attract towards the honey and try to grab without doing the hassle.
The phase of struggling doesn't seen attractive. It looks like they are also on the same position.
Pressure often brings out the best in us. Thatโs why companies value the ability to handle pressure. In the corporate world, tight deadlines, critical reports, and client expectations are common and failing to manage them can lead to significant losses. Technical skills matter, but staying focused and delivering under pressure is a skill in itself.
๐ Day 39/45 #SDESheetChallenge โ 4/4 Validation & Transformation
Tackled today:
โข Symmetric Binary Tree โ Mirror recursion for symmetry ๐ช
โข Flatten Binary Tree to LinkedList โ Elegant pointer transformation ๐
โข Check for Symmetrical BT โ Symmetry constraint validation ๐ช
โข Children Sum Property in BT โ Sum constraint at every node ๐
Day 39 shows tree mastery at a practical level. ๐ช
We're not learning new algorithmsโwe're validating properties, transforming structures, and checking constraints. These are the real problems engineers face. Symmetry checking teaches recursion elegance. Flattening teaches pointer manipulation. Sum property teaches constraint validation.
With 7 days left, the challenge is proving that mastery means understanding trees from multiple angles: traversal, optimization, validation, transformation. ๐
