I have a Zenitsu's fan child named Kenta. Her mother is another oc I have named Sue. Sue is Zenitu's ex, she abandoned Kenta as a baby with Zenitsu.
Kenta was born after the battle with Muzan. And Zenitsu had no idea Sue was pregnant because they broke up before the reveal lol
