Life humbled me early.

Some days are heavier than others. Some dreams take longer than expected. Some prayers are answered with silence before they become reality. But until that day comes, I’ll keep showing up. I’ll keep healing, believing, growing, and moving forward even when no one notices.

Today, many black men and women can’t stand under the sun for 2 minutes without complaining… why? The black skin was naturally created to withstand the sun. In fact, we are the sun and the sun is us. Everything about the black race seemed systematically targeted when they found out our genes are deeper and more genetically diverse. Our black native soap was one hell of a powerful soap, and we could make it to serve whatever purpose we wanted it to serve our skin. We used it to treat wounds, rashes, etc. We creamed our bodies with shea butter, palm kernel oil, and coconut oil. Today, many black men and women can’t stand under the sun for 2 minutes without complaining… why? Because we have so chemicalized our skin just because we wanted to feel among, and also because the system engineering worked. Today, there is skin cancer here and there… guess what? There are some skin products you use, and the moment you stop using them, you hate yourself more… calm down and process that. How is that supposed to be normal? We come from a place where 99% of what we used on our skin was natural. We could trace and identify it without needing any Western lab. We went from Pako Ijebu, Orogbo (bitter kola), Dogoyaro, Orin ata, bitter leaf wood, miswak and Ayin to Maclean, Closeup, plastic toothbrush…. Meaning we went from 100% natural to chemical and plastic. Now things that were never recorded in your family are beginning to make you frequent the hospital… mouth ulcers, throat cancer, vocal cord surgery, etc. From where to where? This whole thing is right there in your faces to do the 1+1… but many of you don’t care, and we are paying the heavy price for that negligence. Everything that healed those who came before us, if you put it on Google today, you will see something like: “Not scientifically proven.” But it worked, yea?… so why, or what are they waiting for to test it or scientifically prove it? Or what if they have tested it and can now scientifically prove it but putting the information out there is going to be a bigger disadvantage to them because in Africa we have those things in abundance? Is that why some of our fruits are becoming seedless? Is that why they are taking time to hybridize our seeds, so we can’t replant them anymore? Things that nature gave to us freely, men are now trying to take control of so they can dictate or control us with their “what is right.” Most of the trees and fruits you saw growing up, many of you can’t remember the last time you saw them. Why? They are going. Some are secretly being exported. Gradually, gradually, we continue to get eaten from the inside. They tell you our own is bad, theirs is better. In 2026, the Ghanaian president refused to sign the United States health compact, you know why? One of the clauses states that medicines and other medical products brought in under the programme would not be subject to inspection by Ghana’s Food and Drugs Authority. And as of today, twenty-four African countries have signed it, with Kenya being the first… Nigeria signed on the 19th of December, 2025. Hmmm…. One thing I know today is, if world powers decide to wipe Africa today, they know they don’t need missiles and guns. All they have to do is take advantage of Africa’s greedy politicians and it’s people , pay their government, then their government pays the influencers to push a story that the water nature gave us is the reason behind cancer and they now have a better alternative. Give Africa one year, it will be gone. And if by luck there are any survivors, it will be those who question things. Protect your seeds. Go back to planting trees and fruits around your compound… let us modernize it our own way before we lose everything completely. You are not a bush person, you are AFRICAN and African populations carry the oldest and most diverse mitochondrial branches, mainly the L haplogroups. All living humans’ mitochondrial lineages trace back to a woman in Africa.

Men dem, As we clock into October, Change your towel. It doesn’t need to age with you. Change your sponge. Your skin deserves a new beginning. Change your toothbrush, and change those boxers. Some of you, your pillows look like the leg of a mad man. Let it go… same with that bedsheet. Get a new one. Lastly, your shaving stick. Stop repeating shaving sticks. Get a new one and take care of your armpits. Some of you, the hair around your penis looks like the dreads of a mad man, shave. Take care of yourself this October. Pamper yourself in the little ways you can. Look good. Smell good… do it for yourself.

@FabrizioRomano Just look at this rubbish. 😂 For a player of his stature and calibre, he should be proud to inspire and support his teammates. Instead, he’s still trying to be the main guy when he clearly doesn’t have the legs for it anymore.

Download Claude, Grok, or ChatGPT... Subscribe to it... Then... Introduce yourself, your business, your likes, hobbies, etc. Tell the AI “I don't want you to be just my friend, i need you to be my project manager, my chief of staff and also be 100% brutal with me as my intention is to win in life. No soft landing” After the introduction and familiarity phase, discuss your business and your aim. Ask: 1. What am i missing? 2. How can i get better? 3. What do i need to learn? 4. How can I improve with AI? Thank me later. 🍻

If I could go back to when I was maybe 25 or 30... This is the advice I'd give myself because I see the leaks in my world today and hope someone learns from it. 1. STAY. Stay when nobody is clapping. Stay when the idea stops being sexy. Stay during boring operational years. Stay long enough to develop managers. Stay long enough to build systems. Stay long enough for compound effects to appear. And when something truly is dead: end it completely. Don’t keep dead projects on emotional life support. 2. Don't be like me... I divided my money, attention, emotional energy, time, and leadership across too many futures... and none of them received enough concentrated force for long enough. Five promising things can leave you poorer than one or two boring things that compound for ten years. You might be a man with great ideas and crazy ambitions but: Let ONE become the main mission. It gets the overwhelming majority of your serious building energy. ONE may remain secondary only if it is cheap to maintain and doesn’t compete with the first. Everything else gets one of four words: PAUSE, DELEGATE, SELL, or END. Choosing one does not mean the others were stupid... It means you finally understand opportunity cost. Many of you who are just like me do not need another beginning... You need a completion. Those who know me too well or have worked with me will tell you one truth: “If a project stresses SPIRIT, that project is RIP... It doesn't take him time to raze down the structure and vanish.” Again, NEVER be like me... You need the stress or you might never amount to anything. And another important thing, have people in your life who understand you deeply and help you understand that life is not about Jump & Jump but instead it is more about Build, Energy & Patience. I have the best minds working with me, Yomi, Kale, etc... These people are demonically brilliant... But I can tell you today that I wish they were more brutal with me and took advantage of the grip they have on me rather than focusing on protecting the relationship between us. I love and appreciate them regardless. In the last few months, my STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT supervisor Sir Jace Subramoney changed my life in ways he might never know. In him, I saw someone who believed in me and was ready to k!ll me if I ever doubt myself. Both him and his course made me realize how many years, time, and energy I have wasted. Build a process another human can execute without calling you... Create something that survives a month without your personal energy. That is the transition from visionary to builder. Again, don't be like me, don't be tired of visibility... Put yourself out there and keep yourself out there no matter how much you think you have made. I know better and I am better. Have a lovely week.

Some of the deepest wounds people carry come from people they share blood with. #Family They learned the hard way that BLOOD makes you related. But love, loyalty, sacrifice, and presence make you FAMILY.
