Today, I saw my daughter have an unconscious event at the Costco, in Dartmouth, NS.
I saw an incredible group of people who were prepared with peace and understanding, from the shocking start to the walking out of emergency of the IWK.

Grief is looks different for each one of us. It takes time and hope there a caring and supportive people around those families today.

My hope today is those mourning their loved ones will feel and be comforted and have an extra measure of peace.
