Why promise replacement and not deliver?
Why delay pickup for 11+ days?
Where is my refund?
Why my escalation ticket is open from 2 months and counting?

@ACTFibernet I have raised complaint 4 days before and still internet is not back. All my work is on hold from past 4 days. Customer service is of no help either. Anything can be done in this regard?
