Faced a serious ticket name issue caused by their system limits, got no real support or clear guidelines. Being told to cancel and rebook instead of helping is frustrating

@ACTFibernet I have raised complaint 4 days before and still internet is not back. All my work is on hold from past 4 days. Customer service is of no help either. Anything can be done in this regard?
