What was interesting was Arsena didn’t play the tactic of crowding the goalkeeper all game. They had numerous corners and they were fine. But when they were desperate for the equalizer toward the end of the game (with score 2-1 and then 3-2), they started to play this dirty tactics.

It’s like Arteta knows he will be criticized if he asks his players to prevent the goalkeeper from jumping from corner kicks. But, he is willing to employ this method when he is desperate for a goal. He knows he has no other ideas and this is what he will do every time they need a goal. This is Arteta’s reputation right now and will be part of his legacy.
