#Cardinals star running back James Conner had a week to live due to Hodgkin’s lymphoma cancer after being diagnosed in 2015 and he then underwent chemotherapy and BEAT THE CANCER.
Conner said: “I choose to not fear cancer… I will play football again” and that “Fear is a choice and I chose not to fear cancer.”
Doctors found tumors around his heart and chest and told James he had about a week to live if untreated.
Conner persevered, having a remarkable collegiate career, and then went on to become an NFL star.
“I wanted to honestly inspire and let people know that you can’t really escape adversity, but there’s always a way to be better because of it and overcome it.”
One of the most remarkable stories in all of sports.
