@vumatel pleas activate my line just spent over 9 months fighting with mweb and there extremely bad customer support , routing and service.I have switched to Afrihost my line was released Friday before 10 am and we are waiting on activate it.

I want a specialist from VUMATEL and MWEB on a call so that when you blame each other, You can actually talk and find out WHY it has been broken for 8 months.
@MWEBTweets Same problem for over 7 months, Queries get answered 7 days later, over an hour on the phone even spoke to the sales department about canceling we have been with you since dialup and your customer support is so shocking!!!
@vumatel So I have been having this issue since JULY 2022.
Apparently, Vumatel did 3 upgrades in the area that was meant to fix it, It did fix it for 4 days.
Please advise me on who is to blame Vumatel or MWEB.

update on that ticket was just closed again Please answer the following. Why was this ticket closed Ref No: MWB23440346? why did I get told to do things I stated that I did, Why did it take over 7 days to get a reply to just close the ticket?

@nm2899@CallofDuty Can play DMZ but not the BR,well I uninstalled it so over them breaking the game ,made time to play season 2 and what a waste can't even play
@CallofDuty yes the wait is over o wait I can't play since the season 2 update, reinstalled game, reset settings, ddu GPU driver ,installed recommended GPU driver, install to a different ssd, installed the Battle net version, tried many other fixes. error code 0xc0000005 (0) n
@MWEBTweets@DellasZA@vumatel We have been with mweb for over 15 years and this is the treatment we get so shocking, one of the people with the same issue resolved it by changing ISP's
