@etoile_louise S3. The sudden turning on S2 lowkey is annoying me. Practically everyone loved it at the time and it established some GREAT AziraCrow. Plus showed how angels and demons can coexist/be in love. The final 15 would have been ok with a proper resolution but it was fumbled in Season 3

There is no beauty or depth in this bleakness. S3 is lazy. There is no craft in writing a destruction. Making audience suffer doesn’t mean you said something true about human condition. Good endings in Pratchett are not naive, they are earned, meaningful and tell the truth

@SunFlowerBerlin Only the last 15 minutes set up that dumpster fire. Everything else up till the metatron shows up is fine and in fact is makes their ship more canon than originally intended with S1/Book. I personally can’t imagine thinking the bullet catch or Bildad isnt canon but that’s just me

The sudden turning against S2 is strange. Its biggest misstep was the final 15. The rest was things like the bullet catch and Azi trying to woo Crowley with a dance. It was romantic & wildly optimistic. Part of why S3 is so bad is cause it forgets all we saw in S2 with Aziracrow

Finding out your friends like that fuckass ending feels like genuine betrayal. Like how you gonna see them erase the entire point of S1 and S2 and say thats good? How you gonna say erasing the entire history of them is good? How you gonna watch EVERYONE DIE and say that's good?
