#WATCH | Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam: On Mullaperiyar Dam issue, Congress MP Dean Kuriakose says, "A 130-year-old Mullaperiyar dam is in a dangerous position. That is the clear stand of Keralam state. It is seismologically, structurally, and scientifically unsafe. If anything happens to the Mullaperiyar dam, it will affect Kerala state, and the state will be divided into two parts, as per the study reports. That's why we are demanding a new dam. After the formation of the National Dam Safety Authority (NDSA), as per the National Dam Safety Act, we expected a good result. That means we can construct a new dam. But the activities of the NDSA, the reactions after forming the independent panel of experts... both states have their own representatives in the panel. Keralam suggested 3 names; the NDSA selected one, and after declaring that committee, very immediately, without any information, they withdrew the representative of Keralam from the panel... I'm very much upset... That means Kerala doesn't have any representative in the panel... I sent one letter to Minister for Jal Shakti, CR Paatil. I pointed out the entire issues. The Kerala govt has already forwarded one letter to the Union Jal Shakti Secretary. I supported the Kerala govt's stand and pointed out the entire issues. I am seeking the immediate intervention of the Central Government to revoke the withdrawal of Kerala's representative from Panel. TK Sivarajan's name has to be reinstated in the Panel. Then only Kerala will get a safe and good result from the NDSA as well as the Independent Panel of Experts report."

KCA will be handing over Greenfield stadium to government for Messi's argentina team. So most of kerala's ranji matches will be at thumba stadium and none of our home matches will be broadcasted. Hope the pitch at Greenfield doesn't damage. Already kochi stadium is sacrificed
