This quote really makes you think about what’s coming:
“On days where everything works well, I can’t help but think nothing I do matters, everything is automated and better and faster than I ever will be. But then there are days where everything breaks and I don't understand why and I realize I have no idea what I’ve been up to anymore.”
Our internal data shows Claude is accelerating AI development—a possible path to recursive self-improvement, or AI autonomously building a more capable successor.
It’s happening faster than we thought, and the implications deserve greater attention. https://t.co/OVVPJO7VQx
Getting worried about having too much stock in Anthropic/CC with my workflows and AI infrastructure. See why below:
At my company we have an Anthropic team plan. As I was attempting to login I accidentally created a new organization alongside the account that I should have had with my company.
My browser would default to log me into this ghost account instead of the one I was actually using so I went to go delete it.
Turns out I could not do it myself and had to reach out to support on March 19th.
It was radio silence from Anthropic until today, May 1st when they finally responded, apologizing for the delay…proceeding to tell me to delete it myself.
I tried to let them know the whole reason I was reaching out was because I could not delete the account on my own. But the ticket had been closed, and it prompted me to open a new one.
Now I may have to wait another 6 to 8 weeks for someone to respond.
Imagine if you had an actual mission critical issue to solve.
So you have this mysterious super-LLM that is apparently groundbreaking and going to change the world as we know it but you can’t get your fundamentals down in customer service?
Feels like we are moving way too fast. Does not pass the sniff test.
