Navaar and Vao found a suitable place for their home base on Serenno. Navaar hoped the location could be permanent, but time would tell.

She was looking into hiring a few employees to help with the operation. She was also rebuilding her network ++

@Vao_Goldheart Navaar and Vao were led to their room. Once they were inside, they were told that their meal would be arriving soon. Their belongings were brought to the room and they were alone once the door closed.

Navaar looked around the room. "This is pleasant."

@Vao_Goldheart The group made their way through the complex. It was smaller than most complexes that they had been invited to, but Navaar didn't mind that this contact wasn't as wealthy as others she knew. She felt his network would be a huge asset if they could make a deal.

@Vao_Goldheart ++ to make sure that they made a good impression so that their boss would be able to make a deal with Navaar and Vao.

Navaar greeted the group warmly, acting like she did years ago, before she grew cold and bitter. She felt alive again, in her element.

@Vao_Goldheart Navaar was all smiles as she walked to the hatch. She gently patted Vao's cheek before opening the hatch and walking down the ramp.

At the end of the ramp, there was a small group waiting for them, about 5 beings waiting with friendly, but a touch nervous, smiles. They wanted++

@Vao_Goldheart Navaar chuckled as she turned a slightly darker shade of green. "Indeed. I need my rest," she replied, amused.

@Vao_Goldheart Navaar unbuckled her seat harness, standing. "There should be a small entourage to greet us. We shall spend the night and then meet with our potential partner tomorrow morning."

@Vao_Goldheart "Let me know if you sense anything...unusual." Navaar did not expect any trouble, but she trusted Vao's judgement.

@Vao_Goldheart Navaar checked her notes. “Yes, this is what I was told.”

++ she had with NavKor, but she was being careful, not going too quickly.

Now she and Vao were on their way to meet with a potential new partner, one that could prove to be quite lucrative.

While Vao piloted the ship, Navaar was nearby, reading up on who they were visiting.

@Vao_Goldheart Navaar did her best to look offended. “Trouble does not follow me. You are thinking of a different Orion. The short and intolerable one.” She smirked, amused.

@Vao_Goldheart His response made her break into a wide grin. “Was I not vehement enough?”

@Vao_Goldheart Navaar chuckled softly. “I shall do my best to avoid trouble.”

@Vao_Goldheart She returned the kiss with a smile. “Once we have established our base, we can begin to rebuild a network similar to NavKor.”

@Vao_Goldheart “Perhaps we can scout out a few planets on the Outer Rim? We need to find an appropriate planet to set up a base of operations, yes?”
