Today I wrote to Pat Cullen @theRCN after the disappointing decision by a minority of members to reject the pay offer.

This fair & reasonable settlement followed constructive talks so it’s concerning further strikes have been called.

So the government are telling nurses, to consider their patients before they go on strike.
This comment is entirely insulting to all nurses. The government should consider the patients when they are setting the pay of those who are caring for them.
