On 15 Dec’25, my life changed in a few hours.
A spinal injury took away things most people never think about - walking normally, bladder control, bowel control, independence!
Recovery has taught me more than any classroom ever could.
This account won’t just be about my journey.
It’ll be about spinal recovery, healthcare, resilience, and occasionally the ideas and events shaping India.
If even one post here helps someone avoid what I went through or helps them feel less alone, it’ll be worth it.
Welcome.
I just wish he had the maturity and intelligence to realise that everything he’s doing today will eventually backfire on him instead of creating any positive impact.
Sometimes I wonder how disappointed even his so-called “DS” supporters must be after investing so much time and resources in him, only to see him deliver speeches that lack substance.
Instead of saying something that genuinely makes people think, he keeps proving why he’s still not ready. Poor fellow.
@MeghUpdates He seems to have the backing of powerful ideological groups, which has only fueled his arrogance. On top of that, the government’s decision appears to have made him even more emboldened and overconfident😡
One thing I wish every person knew:
Your spine rarely gets a second thought… until it becomes the first thing on your mind.
Take care of it.
Strengthen it.
Listen to it when something doesn’t feel right.
Prevention will always be easier than recovery. ❤️🩹

One lesson my spinal injury taught me:
We often think mobility is just about walking.
It isn’t.
Mobility is independence.
It’s the freedom to work, travel, play with your children and live life on your own terms.
That’s why protecting your spine matters more than most of us realise.

@SauravDassss Ch….. the opposition opposed the bill and still not letting the parliament work, but no comment from your side and any of your cockroaches yet (if only you cared for NEET leak in actual) but why you being so selective, MY DEAR COCKROAOUHHH🪳
₹45+ Crore of taxpayers’ money has already gone down the drain in just the first 8 days of the Monsoon Session.
Parliament costs roughly ₹2.5 lakh per minute - about ₹1.5 crore per hour or nearly ₹9 crore for a full sitting day. These are widely cited benchmark estimates used in parliamentary reporting.
Debate the government. Question the government. Hold it accountable.
But storming the Well of the House, shouting slogans and forcing repeated adjournments doesn’t strengthen democracy, it weakens Parliament while the bill is paid by every taxpayer. Parliament is where disagreements should be settled through debate, not disruption.
Your spine does far more than help you stand.
It gives you the freedom to walk, bend, sit, hug your loved ones and live without thinking twice - Most of us don’t appreciate it because it quietly does its job every day.
Until one day, it can’t.
Don’t wait for pain to remind you how valuable your spine is.

@learnhub_1 Having gone through emergency spinal surgery, one of my biggest regrets is not understanding the importance of spine health sooner. We often take it for granted, but the small habits we follow every day can make a huge difference.
@TajinderBagga The question remains the same, Are these reels/content being circulated over Insta/FB/YT feeds by RT Wing enough? As far i can see, a few youngsters dancing with their shaking neck n Some abusive Modi Reels are only circulating yet 🙄
