@MrShermichael This type of proportional representation is successfully done in many counties around the world. Conflict researchers have strong evidence that it encourages collaboration (and is more durable to conflict) than majoritarian, all or nothing systems.

@PimJagerRVA My feeling is: while this stinks, the incentive structure is in place. The new guys know they are only one year maybe from a payday. It stinks to lose players, but good young talent knows this is a great path to success and money. This was maybe less clear right after Cig left.
