๐จ๐จAn illegal foreigner was arrested for manufacturing permits for Transnet, KZN Police cards, bank statements, and South African R100 notes, using high tech. It is unclear where he obtained bank cards; this comes days after SIU was granted the authority to investigate DHA and all those who possess South African IDs.
More than 2 million fraudulent IDs have been found in the South African National Population Register; 700,000 were blocked by the Department of Home Affairs, but the Pretoria High Court ruled that blocking fraudulent IDs was unconstitutional.

An alleged illegal foreign national was arrested for reportedly manufacturing fake Transnet permits, KZN Police cards, bank statements and even counterfeit R100 notes using sophisticated technology.
The arrest comes days after the SIU was authorised to investigate the Department of Home Affairs and the issuing of South African IDs.
According to reports, more than 2 million fraudulent IDs have been identified on the National Population Register, with around 700,000 blocked by Home Affairs.
The bigger question is: How did these fraudulent identities get onto the system in the first place, and who helped make it possible? ๐ฟ๐ฆ๐ค
