Anything that I’ve ever desired has manifested at the perfect time. Not when I wanted it to but when my spirit and soul were aligned…when I was truly ready.
Do not let the illusion of urgency in this world deceive you. Slowness is sacred, and honoring your own pace is medicine. There is no rush to arrive. Take your time and allow life to meet you wherever you are.
I don’t want a soft life because I’m lazy ! I want a soft life because I’ve spent most of my life in survival mode ! My nervous system has been in fight or flight since childhood & now I’m choosing peace, softness & stability !
As a highly sensitive being, be discerning with what you allow in. Be selective with your presence, intentional with your engagement, and mindful of taking needed space. Not every energy deserves attention or access to your reality. Be swift to block out unnecessary intrusion.
I’ve decided to spend the rest of my life easing my heart and sensory system. Deep belly breaths. Good nourishment. Sacred fasting. Slow, intentional movement. Unwavering boundaries. Creating a path that calms my spirit and guards my peace is how I stay aligned with destiny.
NGL I JUST HEARD SOMEONE SAY, “MAYBE YOU DON’T NEED MORE TIME TO HEAL, MAYBE YOU NEED MORE EXPERIENCES THAT SHOW YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM A DIFFERENT REALITY,” AND YEAH… IT ECHOED IN ME
Upon first rising, I pray over my head, practice breathwork, and intentionally move my body — before touching my device or engaging with the outside world. Ritual is how I set a peaceful tone for my days and remain anchored in purpose. I tap into spirit first, above all else.
The biggest skill you can develop is the ability to reset fast. Bad conversation? Move on. Bad day? Start fresh tomorrow. Missed workout? Hit it the next day. Poor decision? Learn and adjust. You can’t control what happens to you, but you control how long you let it affect you.
You owe yourself one hour a day of self maintenance. It can include reading, journaling, exercising, dancing, taking a bath, watching your show, doing your skincare routine, meditating or sitting in silence. You owe it to yourself. It matters. It really does. Make it count
A deeper peace and power arrive when you release the compulsion to correct people’s internal narratives about you. Let them be as wrong as they choose. Your only responsibility is to remain aligned with your truth, integrity, and destiny. The Creator already sees you.
