Dear @FlixBus you have the worst costumer service and this is my 3 horrible experience with your service! How do you just cancelled all the buses with no explanation and then say rebook but the only thing available is 4 days from now. I’m soooo over it and feel disrespected

@GreyhoundBus only option we were given was to purchase new tickets that were way more expensive than our original tickets & people who couldn’t afford the new price are just stuck here! Everyone is exhausted & nodding off & they keep snapping and clapping saying 2 stay awake

@GreyhoundBus your workers at south strip Las Vegas are rude and have no empathy! After our bus was delayed and then cancelled , we are stranded and getting yelled at for staying in the waiting room longer than the hr they allow to wait for a new bus
