@ohmeggz Yes, it’s necessary for us. We are vaccinating every pygmy rabbit that we capture that weighs >280 grams as preventative measures since we haven’t detected RHDV-2 in WA yet.

@MustelidDwyer @BaskingSnark Oh I totally agree. Thanks for bringing that to my attention too. I will definitely reply to my post and add that in tnere. I agree with you that zero pay for all summer commitments are unacceptable, and I’ll make it clear that I am not asking for that.

@MustelidDwyer @BaskingSnark Volunteering isn’t “all summer”. I understand people have jobs and obligations. This is as much or as little as you would like to come out. You can do it for a single day or more. It’s completely up to you. I’m not asking for a commitment all summer. It’s up to the volunteer.

We just are always taking volunteers bc we like extra assistance & this is a great way to offer experience. We teach you what you need to know while you’re with us & you’re never solo. (1/2)

Circa 2017 my car mirror got taken off while it was parked on a side street in Bozeman, MT. I came back to a yellow note with a first and last name on it and a phone number with no area code. I never got ahold of the person….. 1/2

Here we are, nearly 4 years later, and an individual who has registered as a volunteer on the project I am working on coincidentally has the exact same name with the exact same spelling and is volunteering with me on Tuesday. I cannot wait to see if this is who it is or not. LOL
