@EtihadHelp hi I’m currently in Abu Dhabi airport. My flight EY454 departure Jan 4 12.50 am got canceled/delayed. We have barely any news on what’s going on. They are saying we will be leaving at 5.30pm on Jan 4 can you confirm please. We got left alone with nothing.

@EtihadHelp A flight of 280 people some of them already got a flight canceled the day before. We got left in a plane for 2 hours with no AC it was boiling hot in there safety and comfort ? I’m not really sure about that. It’s really disappointed for a first time traveling with you.

@EtihadHelp I understand however they have not been helpful at all throughout the whole thing. They can’t answer any of our questions and now our flight is not on the app anymore the booking reference is not working anymore. We have meal vouchers but you can’t use them everywhere.

Hi @NSWHealth I got my Immunisation history statement and I only have my second dose showing up on it 😑 both dose done at the same centre. Can we just make it simple and get a QR code once we get the second dose. Why making simple things complicated 😩
