Given their significance, it is essential that the mountain agenda should receive due attention in climate negotiations.

At the High-Level Meeting on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), I stressed AMR as a vital global public health challenge.

We call for a robust global response, focusing on investment in health infrastructure, sustainable agricultural practices, & stronger regulatory frameworks.

Had a fruitful meeting with the Prime Minister of Laos, H.E. Sonexay Siphandone, where we emphasized our cordial relations and shared common values enshrined in the UN Charter, NAM, and G77, as both countries strive to graduate from LDC status by 2026.
