Your #JSO Missing Persons Unit and patrol officers are actively searching for 14-year-old Serenity Mallett after she did not return home from school today. She was last seen along Dunn Avenue on the Northwest side of Jacksonville. Serenity is 5’2” with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a grey and black school uniform and pink shoes and socks.

Serenity was reported missing to police around 6 p.m. Our team is working very hard to find her and bring her home safely.

Missing Endangered Adult

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is currently looking for a missing and endangered adult and are asking for the community’s assistance in locating him. Fernando Tellez was reported missing by family members just after noon today after he left his residence without notifying anyone – having last been seen near the 7300 block of San Jose Boulevard at 9:00 a.m. It has also been reported that Fernando has been diagnosed with Dementia and only speaks Spanish. Due to the circumstances involved, we are seeking Mr. Tellez in an effort to ascertain his safety. If you reside in the area, we ask you check any cameras, vehicles, and property for Mr. Tellez.

Yesterday was Jhene Aiko’s brother birthday and he passed away 12yrs ago.
