@aicodeart @bt_uk @Ofcom It's a common issue not being able to access bt email, isn't it.
But the fact it's such a faff to change your main email address means BT have us over a barrell paying for the "service" which we can frequently not access!

I can get in occasionally but it's very sketchy! Very,very hit and miss.
It often throws me back to the BT ID login page.
I'd rather not give any details over X.
Can you tell me if there is a BT android App I can try in case it's better than webmail?
