@British_Airways Used flexible changes. Checked the price of the flights before I changed and they were £100 cheaper so wanted this money to add some hold luggage but you have not offered to refund the difference. I have proof of the price at the time of changing.

@BTCare I did report it we had 2 engineers visit several telephone calls asking to do the same thing and then told our connection had been removed it was fixed eventually but I got full charge and I am trying to get my money back
