NEW: Man who identifies as a woman who was convicted of stabbing his parents and dog to death is being sued for s*xually assaulting a woman in prison.

Andrew (Andrea) Balcer was sentenced to 40 years for murder and was placed in a women's correctional facility because he claimed to be a woman.

According to court documents, inmate Katie Mountain is accusing Blacer of threatening to r*pe and impregnate her.

She accuses Balcer of trapping her in a bathroom and forcibly kissing her.

"Don't worry, if you don't wake up, it's because I smothered you with a pillow," Blacer allegedly said, according to CBS13.

The woman says she was transferred to segregation and denied medication after she refused to bunk with Balcer and says she no longer qualifies for early release because of the incident.

Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), a pro-Khalistan advocacy group, has issued a direct call to “shutdown” Air India operations from Canada, citing disclosures by American spy and CIA whistleblower John Kiriakou that point to the Indian government’s role in the 1985 Air India bombing.

Kiriakou stated: “India blew up a 747, no less…” — referring to Air India Flight 182 (Kanishka), which killed 329 people, most of them Canadians, in the deadliest aviation attack in Canada’s history.

“For 40 years, Canadians have been told that Khalistan supporters were responsible. Now an American spy has disclosed what SFJ has been stating since 2010 — the Indian government’s role in the bombing of AI 182,” stated Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, SFJ General Counsel.

SFJ asserts that the Indian government’s role in the bombing has been deliberately obscured, pointing to glaring discrepancies in the John Major Commission report, including the expulsion of Indian diplomats Surinder Malik, Brij Mohan Lal, and Davinder Ahluwalia, identified as the “suspected masterminds.”

“This is Canada’s national tragedy — 329 lives lost — and yet the Indian government’s role in the bombing has never been fully investigated,” Pannun stated. “As now disclosed by an American spy — India blew up a 747. Canadians must ask: why is Air India still operating freely in Canada?”

SFJ states that continued Air India operations in Canada normalize and erase accountability for what it calls the Indian government’s role in the bombing.

“Air India is not just an airline — it is a reminder of an unresolved mass killing of Canadians by Indian government,” Pannun added. “Until there is accountability for the Indian government’s role in the bombing, Air India operations must be shut down.”

As part of this campaign, SFJ has issued a “PICKET” call for April 12, 2026, targeting:

Pannun stated that the picket of AI 186 will directly confront what SFJ describes as decades of misdirection, where Indo-Canadian Hindu organizations and sections of the media have deflected attention away from the Indian government’s role in the bombing, but now with disclosure by CIA official that “India blew up a 747, no less…” Truth is out.

“Every Air India flight from Canada reopens the wounds of 329 Canadian families,” Pannun stated. “Canadians must choose truth over silence and shutdown Air India operations”.

Former CIA officer John Kiriakou has publicly claimed that India was involved in the bombing of Air India Flight 182 bombing.

He further alleged that India has conducted covert operations, including targeted actions in Canada/UK, and linked these to incidents involving Sikh communities.

John also claimed that India has supported certain elements to shape narratives around unrest in Kashmir.

Hundreds of Canadian Sikhs participated on April 5, 2026, in “Khalistan Zindabad” rallies at Brampton Triveni Mandir and Surrey Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, directly confronting a campaign driven by the Indian government’s narrative and amplified by Indo-Canadian Hindus to label Khalistan—a political opinion—as “extremism.”

The rallies, organized by Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), sent a clear message: Canada will not be allowed to be used as a platform for the Modi regime’s disinformation, spread by Indo-Canadian Hindu organizations to suppress Sikh political expression—Khalistan.

SFJ challenged the petition backed by the Hindu Canadian Foundation (HCF), CoHNA, and affiliated mandirs, calling it a deliberate attempt to criminalize Khalistan as democratic advocacy and to silence Canadian Sikhs through mislabeling and fear.

The rallies further exposed the export of Modi’s violent Hindutva ideology and India’s repression into Canada, where political dissent—Khalistan—is being targeted through coordinated narratives and pressure tactics.

SFJ STATEMENT:
“Indo-Canadian Hindus are followers of Modi’s violent Hindutva ideology and are peddling narratives of Indian High Commissioner Patnaik—targeting Khalistan, a political opinion. The same ideology is responsible for systemic violence, repression, and targeting of Khalistan Referendum activists in India, and is now being projected onto Canadian soil.”

Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun issued a direct message to Indo-Canadian Hindu organizations promoting the agenda of India’s Modi regime in Canada:

“Canada’s sovereignty and democratic space cannot be undermined by proxy networks acting on behalf of India’s Modi government” added Pannun.

The rally made it clear that Khalistan advocacy is not extremism—it is a political position, and any attempt to label it otherwise is an attack on the democratic rights of Canadian Sikhs.

Canadian Sikhs will continue to organize, speak, and rally—rejecting intimidation and asserting their right to political self-determination without interference by Indo-Canadian Hindu organizations acting as proxies of Modi’s India.
